This Flodesk discount code is one that is hard to beat. I don’t know any other email provider that gives their users 50% off the monthly price, for an entire year.
That’s right. When you sign up with Flodesk, using this affiliate link, you get 50% off your membership every.single.month! For an entire year!
Believe it or not, but that’s not even the best part of using Flodesk. Here is what makes them extra special.
When you purchase their software, each plan includes unlimited subscribers and unlimited emails.
Yes, you read that right. No more paying for individual subscribers. Or being limited to a set number of emails.
Guys, this is basically unheard of in the online space. Or at least I have not come across another piece of software like it.
And, I haven’t even got to the price yet.
Right now, Flodesk costs just $38 per month. But when you use this Flodesk discount code, you pay a whopping $19 per month!
It is a steal of a deal.
Why is Flodesk So Affordable?
If you’re wondering, “why is this email software so cheap?” Believe me, I had the same thoughts too. That’s why I decided to test their software out across the span of three months.
And I’m going to be straight with you. Flodesk isn’t the right solution for everyone.
However, they can be PERFECT for you, depending on your needs.
For instance, beginning bloggers and small business owners might find Flodesk especially useful.
Their software isn’t full of all the bells and whistles of a more advanced software. But, sometimes you don’t need all of that. So, if this is you, then they are definitely worth checking out.
If you are an online business owner that relies on in-depth launches, high level analytics and other specialized functionality, Flodesk won’t be the solution you need. At least not at the time of this writing.
What I Love About Flodesk
Other than unlimited subscribers, emails and the special Flodesk discount code, there are some other really great things going on.
First and foremost.
Flodesk has probably the most gorgeous email templates I have ever seen. Below is just a little glimpse into what they offer.

When emails are esthetically pleasing, it keeps your subscribers engaged and interested in what you have to say. Flodesk has really gone above and beyond to give you examples of what you can do with their platform, through the use of their templates.
Which brings me to point number two.
Flodesk gives you a number of email templates to help get your creative juices flowing. These templates include everything from welcome emails to sales emails to thank you emails and more. No more staring at a blinking line on your computer screen.
What’s also great about their templates is that (if you want), you can leave the layout exactly the same way they have it. Simply add your photos, text and your own flair to it and you’re off to the races!
It’s almost criminal how easy their templates are to put to use. And they work well too! I, personally, saw a spike in responses from my subscribers when I implemented their pre-made templates.
And lastly, Flodesk is incredibly easy to use.
Flodesk is not like other email marketing softwares, where you spend time clicking around trying to find what you’re looking for. It’s all pretty much laid out there for you.
You’ve got access to create weekly newsletters, sign-up forms and workflows and automation.
Plus, if you get stuck at all, they have just launched their Flodesk University. Which is a free database of tutorials on how to use their features and other email marketing tips. They really try hard to help you succeed in your email game!
Areas of Improvement
In this section, I am not going to touch on necessarily the features I feel like Flodesk may be missing. As I mentioned, they are still in Beta and are constantly adding and updating their software.
Most of what a new blogger or small business owner would need can be found within Flodesk. With that said, there are always areas that can be improved upon.
Importing Subscribers
While I have had no problems with importing subscribers (mine were loaded in minutes), I have heard differently from others. Some that claimed it had taken days, sometimes weeks for their current subscribers to be imported.
I believe a lot of this may have had to do with the way they collected subscribers.
For me, personally, I have always used an email service provider and have always enabled double opt-in.
It was clear that my subscribers wanted to be on my email list. So, there wasn’t a doubt that I was illegally collecting emails and soliciting to people that didn’t want to hear from me.
Many people (I know because I join many, many lists), do not enable double opt in. This is when someone firmly confirms they want to be on your list.
Others, manually collect emails. Such as at open houses, trade shows, etc.
And, my assumption is this may have been what was holding up the process for some. Although, I can’t say for 100% certain.
The good news is I haven’t seen these complaints in awhile. So it would appear they have worked this out.
However, I bring it up to say if you plan to move to Flodesk, don’t cancel your old email marketing software until the full transition is complete. You will be unable to email subscribers until the import is fully approved.
Analytics
Flodesk gives basic analytics, but I would love to see this area improved. At times, I found it difficult to pull data that I really needed.
Other Odd Items
Unsubscribe Link
For whatever reason, I was unable to change the font color of the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of emails. It is a light gray color that could easily be missed when reading email.
When people don’t know how to unsubscribe, they may just mark you as spam. And this is no good to your online reputation.
While other options are possible, I feel like this is something that should not require having to create a workaround.
Sometimes the Numbers Can Seem Off
The way that subscriber numbers are totaled can, at times, be confusing. Flodesk doesn’t really have an “unsubscribed” section that I could find.
So, let’s say you have 1,500 subscribers and 10 unsubscribed on your last newsletter. Instead of showing your subscribers as 1,490, it’ll continue to reflect 1,500.
However, when you go to send your email, it will show that they are only sending it to 1,490 people. So, it’s good that it’s doing it’s job. I would just prefer that we are shown only those subscribers that are actively subscribed to our email list.
Final Thoughts
All in all, to get unlimited subscribers and emails at the price you pay, especially when using my Flodesk discount code, it can be hard to beat.
I recommend checking them out for yourself and seeing what they are all about. Don’t forget to join their Facebook group and look into their University, for additional support!
